运动员赛前紧张和焦虑心理的探讨

摘    要:现代竞技体育随着各国运动技术水平的不断提高,运动员之间技术和身体素质方面的差距已越来越接近,比赛的胜负在很大程度上已取决于运动员的心理素质好坏。通过对运动员赛前紧张和焦虑产生原因的分析,该文认为,运动员的期望值过高、以往比赛失败造成心理上巨大的阴影、对比赛的困难估计不足是主因。选择较实际的奋斗目标、通过气功意念呼吸调节、念动训练、成功比赛的回想可有效克服赛前紧张和焦虑情绪的产生,从而以良好的精神状态参赛,取得理想的比赛成绩。

Abstract:As the improvement of modern technical level on the athletic sports and the closing gap between athletes of their technology and body constitution,to the great extent,the victory or defeat of competition is decided by athletes' body constitution.By analyzing the reason of their anxiety and strain,the writer considers that the main reason is their high expectation,the great psychological shadow of the former defeat and deficient estimation of the difficulty.Thus choosing practical struggling goal,overcoming the nervous and worried emotion by adjusting the breath,impression motif training,recalling the former success,they can participate the competition with high spirit and achieve ideal result.
