对印度大国战略与中印关系的冷思考

中印地缘政治冲突的根源主要在于印度把中国看成了战略上的竞争对手和防范对象.印度是个具有浓厚大国思想的国家,地区霸权思想始终贯穿于印度的南亚政策之中.西藏问题,中印边界的争端,中巴关系的接近,印度海洋战略与动向问题,中印两国国家发展与现实地缘战略冲突问题等成为中印两国关系中不同层面的制约因素.但是,中印关系仍然在一定程度有着稳定和改善的条件,两国在地缘政治战略上有合作基础.

Pondering on the Indian's Great Power Strategy and Consideration on the Sino-India Relations

The fundamental conflicts between the Sino-India in geo-politics lie in India's judgment to China.Indian regards China as his rival in competition strategically.India has the deep-rooted consciousness of becoming great power in history,and India' s foreign policies towards the South Asia always run through regional hegemony ideology.The Tibet issue,the Sino-India boundary dispute,the approaching Sino-Pakiatan relations,India's ocean strategy and orientation,and geo-politics conflicts in the national development,which are become the factors to restrain the development in relations.Meanwhile,there still exist objective conditions helpful to improve Sino-India relations,both of which have common base for cooperation statically.
