| 摘 要： | 随着社会政治经济的不断发展,婚姻法中夫妻财产约定制度的不完善之处逐渐凸现出来。完善夫妻财产约定制度主要包括增设夫妻财产约定制的类型、建立夫妻财产约定变更或解除的程序、建立夫妻财产约定登记制度等内容。

| Abstract: | With the constant development of society and politics economy, the imperfect of couple's property systems in marriage law shows out. The perfect couple's property agreement system includes the following aspects mainly: Increasing the type of couple's property agreement system, setting up the altering or removing program of couple's property agreement, setting up the registration system of couple's property agreement. |
