摘    要:从高校教学评估的角度来看,科研与教学,不是两个完全独立发展的体系,随着国际科学技术的迅速发展,知识更新和科技应用于生产的周期缩短,科研与教学的关系越来越密切。科研促进教学,教学带动科研。科研与教学是高校腾飞发展的两翼,是代表学校办学实力与水平的重要标志。

Abstract:Scientific researches and teaching in institutes are not two independent development systems.With the rapid development of international science and technology,the cycles are shortened of knowledge renewal and the application of science and technologies to production.Scientific researches and teaching are closer and closer.Scientific research promotes teaching and teaching activates scientific research.Scientific research and teaching are the two wings of university development,and represent for the capacity and level of universities.
