| 摘 要： | 目前存在的教师无序流动现象对中小学办学特色的创建带来了消极影响。针对教师无序流动的基本特征及其存在问题展开的分析,有助于探讨它对中小学办学特色产生的影响,并在此基础上寻找相应的解决对策,这对中小学学校发展而言具有较强的现实意义。

| Abstract: | The existing teachers' out-of-order fluxion phenomenon in middle and primary schools brings negative effects on the establishment of its own features.Aiming at the basic characteristics and problem analysis about the disordered fluxion,it will be helpful to explore the influence on middle and primary schools' running features.Searching the corresponding solution based on these discussions has strong practical significance to the development of middle and primary school. |
