| 摘 要： | 通过探索企业组织流变特性,构建企业组织流变特性和组织变量间的关系模型,探讨企业组织和环境外力之间的作用机理。研究结论显示,不同环境要求企业组织具有不同类型的流变特性,未来复杂多变的环境要求企业组织具有高弹低粘类型的流变特性。
