| 摘 要： | 每个技术环节的完成情况影响着整个动作技术的完成质量。对铅球技术教学中错误出现频率较高、且对整个动作技术的完成质量影响较大的几个技术环节运用生物力学的观点进行分析,力图为今后教学工作和学生学习掌握技术提供一定的借鉴。
