基于嵌入式系统的涡流无损探测系统的研究

摘    要:本文首先介绍了嵌入式系统应用现状和相关技术以及涡流无损探测技术在检测工件缺陷和质量控制方面的应用,然后提出了一种将两种技术相结合的方法,最后,分析了新方法的优点。该方法使得涡流无损探测的结果更加精确,在线检测速度更高,在工件质量控制和缺陷检测领域有一定的应用价值。

Abstract:Firstly,the status of the embedded systems and some technology,and the application of Non- destructive vortex detection system in the field of quality control were introduced in the paper.Then,a combined method of the embedded system and the Non-destructive vortex detection system was proposed.Finally, the benefits of the new method were analyzed.The new method made the detection result more precise and the detection race more quickly.And In the field of Products detection,this method has some value.
