湘州与陈代政局

西晋时湘州得以设置。南朝时,湘州与南朝各代政权的政局发展日益紧密。在陈代前期,陈夺取湘州,巩固了陈统治,然而降至陈代后期,陈失去湘州,国境日狭,灭亡之时已近矣。可见,湘州之得失对陈代的政局产生了较为重大的影响。

Xiang Zhou and the political situation of the Chen times

Xiang zhou was established during the Xi Jin dynasty. During Southern dynasty, Xiang Zhou had increasingly intimate relations with the development of the political situation of the power of every times. During the earlier stage of Chen times, Seizing XiangZhou led to strengthen the rule of Chen times, however, during the later stage of Chen times, the central government of Chen times lost XiangZhou, as a result, the territory became more and more narrow and the time for being destroyed was round the corner. Seen from this, seizing and losing of Xiang Zhou had a comparatively important effect on the political situation during the Chen times.
