论普通高校“高职”专业教学及管理模式与特点

“高职”专业作为普通高校新设的专业，都是在依托原有“普通”专业的基本教学资源共享基础上开办的，因而多数普通高校将“高职”专业办成了“普通”专业，只注重了共性，而忽略了个性。如何在普通高校建设“高职”专业，如何针对“高职”专业组织教学，是摆在高校教学管理面前的一个重大而急需解决的课题，也是高教改革过程中急需解决的一个难题。

On Teaching and Administration Patterns and Characteristics of Advanced Vocational-technology Specialty in Colleges and Universities

As a new course in colleges and universities, the higher vocational-technology specialty is originally established by sharing the basic teaching resources of general courses. As a result it does not make much difference from the common courses in many colleges. Its general character is paid much attention to but its specific character is neglected. How to run higher vocational-technology specialty and how to organize its teaching is an important and urgent problem confronting the administration departments of colleges and universities. It is also one of the difficult problems needed be solved in the course of the reform of higher education.
