顶岗实习：中职生从“新手”向“技能行家”的转变过程

中职生要实现从技能“新手”向“技能行家”的转变，必须从学生顶岗实习人手，学生要想从“新手”向“技能行家”转变，其知识技能需要经过社会化、外在化、组合化以及内在化的过程。学校只有在学生顶岗实习后仍发挥积极作用，与企业合作，采用有效办法促使学生实现从“新手”向“技能行家”的转变，达到学生在学校所学的专业知识与企业实践技能有效链接，才能实现中职生专业技能持续发展的成长目标。

On Duty Internship: the Progress of Student from a Novice to a Senior Technician

How can the students from the secondary technical schools develop into senior technicians from a novice？ This paper discusses this topic by analyzing the detailed technical progress achieved by the students from a novice to a senior technician based on student internship program. The progress goes through these steps of： socialization, exteriorization, organization, and interiority. Both the positive influence of schools on their students after internship and the successful cooperation between schools and enterprises will lead to the smooth transition of students from novices to senior technicians. The efficient connection between the theoretical knowledge from the professional hooks at school and the practical skills at enterprises will enable the goal of the on--going development of student technical skills to be reached.
