| 摘 要： | 保护企业债权人权益是现代企业制度的基本原则,由于多方面的原因,在以往的企业改革中,保护企业债权人权益问题未引起各方面足够的重视,侵害债权人权益的现象较为普遍,在国有企业的不良债权处理过程中不尊重债权的客观现象突出地体现了债权人并没有在国有治理结构中得到应有的地位。本文探讨了债权在企业治理结构中的作用及通过改进企业治理结构,强化债权作用达成保债权人权益的目的。

| Abstract: | It is a basic principle in the modern e nterprise system to protect credito r' s interests.However,as for various reasons,this principle is n ot paid enough attention to in the past enterprise reforms.Encroachment on cred-itor' s rights and interests is comparativ ely common.The article discusses th e function of creditors in the process of the enterprise management reform,w hich will in turn strengthen credito r' s rights. |
