谈全球化时代民族文化传承与保护理念--以金牙乡改革开放以来正月习俗的变迁为背景

本文以全球化时代作为央地考察背景，展示了以广西西北部为代表的民族文化传承的真实形态，特地选取风山县金牙瑶族乡的传统文化在当前形势下的传承现状作为个案，提出了在21世纪应采取富有创造性的保护策略，认为在顺应时代潮流的前提下进行民族文化保护通过培养本民族文化的新传人，担当起保护和赓延民族文化的重任，激扬少数民族的生存智慧，使之在现代文明重组中发挥应有的效应，并得到富有尊严感的延展。

On the Traditional Heredity and Protection of the National Cultures in the Times of Globalization --from the Changes in the Conventions in January of the Chinese Lunar New Year in Jinya Township since the Reform and Opening up to the Outside World

This paper shows the real situation of the heredity of the national cultures in the northwest of Guangxi in the timcs of globalization. Taking the prescnt heredity of the traditional cultures in Jinya, Fengshan county as a case, the paper points out what creative measures should be carried out to protect national cultures in the 21st century.
