| 摘 要： | 针对学院技能培训的优势、不足及对策问题,对天津工程师范学院实习基地47名技能型人才进行访谈。结果表明:教学手段先进、理论联系实际和设备齐全是学院现存的培训优势;面临的问题是培养目标应试型、实习时间少和学生兴趣不高。为此,应加强学生敬业精神、学习兴趣的培养,重视学生实践环节的教学,推行产教结合。

| Abstract: | The resesearch interviewed with 47 skilled talents on practising base in Tianjin Teachers' College of Engineering in order to finding the advantages,disadvantages and countermeasures in skill training in the college.The results indicated that the advanced teaching measures,linkage between theory and practice and superior equipment are the advantages,and the disadvantages contains examination-orientated educational goals,lack of practising time and indifferent interest of students.So we should strengthen to cultivate students' spirit of devotion to duty and learning interest,paying attention to practice-based teaching,and pushing combination of teaching and production. |
