知识经济时代中国高等教育转型的理论与实践

摘    要:高等教育发展的历史表明,大学总是在不同时空中,在和时代的互动中取得其存在的合法性。知识经济来临后,大学不得不围绕知识的生产、传播、应用凸显其经济功能。在知识经济时代,中国政府主导的高等教育转型在学界经历了犹疑、争议和走向共识的过程。西方大学发展的规律告诉我们,重视高等教育的应用性是知识经济的必然趋势,也是高等教育进发活力、实现话语权和创新的必由之路。

Abstract:College development history shows that colleges always gain lawful existence in different time spaces and time interactions. When knowledge economy comes, colleges have to highlight their economical function surrounding the production, propagation and application of knowledge. In the era of knowledge economy, Chinese higher education transformation experiences hesitation and controversy and then comes to consensus. The western college development regulation tells us that paying atten- tion to higher educational applicability is the inevitable trend of knowledge economy and the only way for higher education to burst its vigor, to gain discourse right, and to innovate.
