酒店人力资源战略管理的路径探析

摘    要:现代酒店在人力资源管理中往往存在以下问题:人力资源部门在酒店管理中处于相对薄弱环节、酒店内外部环境造成人力资源管理相对困难、酒店人力资源管理缺乏灵活性和激励机制。为此,必须建立酒店人力资源战略管理的长效机制,即强化酒店人力资源管理部门的战略地位、着力提高酒店人力资源管理能力、建立科学合理的酒店员工考核、激励和培训机制。

Abstract:The hotel human resources strategy has become the "bottleneck" to the healthy development of the hotel industry. So it's important to play the biggest function of the hotel hr and realize the "win-win" for enterprises and employees by establishing a set of perfect strategic management of hr and changing the current situation of the hotel hr management. There are three prob- lems in hotel management. Firstly, the human resources department is relatively weak in the hotel management. Secondly, in- ternal and external environment of hotel makes the hr management relatively difficult. Thirdly, the hotel hr. management is lack of flexibility and incentive mechanism. Therefore, the long-term mechanism of hotel hr strategic management must be established. It means to strengthen the strategic position of hotel hr management department, to improve the ability of the hotel hr management, and to establish a scientific and reasonable assessment, motivating and training mechanism of hotel staff.
