| Abstract: | The USA government took the same foreign policy in two world wars,that is,from the initial neutrality to a member of the later wars.In some degree,This phenomenon came from the influence of its profound politics,economic factors and geography position.However its national characteristic fundamentally decides on foreign policies of the USA in two world wars. |
