R&D创新活动中知识共享的四螺旋模型研究

介绍随着我国R&D投入和产出规模的不断扩大，加快知识共享意义重大。考虑到公共科技中介服务机构在知识共享与知识创新中的作用，对传统的三螺旋模型进行拓展，构建“政府-企业-大学科研院所-公共科技中介机构”的知识共享四螺旋结构模型，并提出四螺旋结构互动的相关对策。

Study on Four-helical Structure Model of Knowledge Sharing in R&D Innovation Activity

It’s important to knowledge sharing with enlargement of R&D input and output. In view of the role of science and technology intermediary service agency in knowledge sharing and knowledge innovation, the authors set up the four-helical structure model in which government, enterprise, university and scientific research institution and science and technology intermediary service agency form four interactive forces. These four knowledge helixes are indispensable to knowledge sharing in R&D activity. The paper also analyses the importance of four-helical structure model and gives some countermeasures.
