| 摘 要： | 文章以普通高校中的高职新生为切入点详细分析了这类学生产生挫败感、孤独感、学习性障碍、焦虑心理等一系列新生适应性障碍的原因。并结合原因分析给出了要从新生入学教育、心理健康工作、班级和公寓文化建设以及适合高职学生特点的校园文化建设等方面解决高职新生适应性障碍的对策。

| Abstract: | In this paper the Vocational College Freshmen entry point for a detailed analysis .The writer analized the reasons for frustration,loneliness, learning disorder,anxiety and Psychological crisis to freshmen. The writer ombined with analysis of the reasons and gave the countermeasures for adjustment disorder for example freshmen education, mental health work, classes, dormitories and campus cultural construction for freshmen. |
