| 摘 要： | 标准的哲学认识，有利于认识和指导技术创新。本文认为，标准是为了交流的部分信息，是信息稀缺性和效用之间的平衡。它是社会经济发展和人类生活的客观需求，同时也是人类利益各方的妥协。标准的作用主要在于它的网络外部性和锁定作用。企业技术创新应当遵循其客观性和主体性，应当重视对路径锁定的突破，对标准重新组合。

| Abstract: | Technology standards play a great important role in current economic and social life.The philosophy view on standards may be helpful to understand and guide technology innovation.This paper suggests that standard is part of the exchange information and can balance the scarcity and utility of information.It must be suitable for the development of economy & society,and for the demand of people's life and thus be result from compromise among interest groups.The main roles of standard are network externality and lock-in the technology route.When a firm makes technology innovation,it should follow the standard's objectivity and subjectivity,pay attention to the breakthrough of locked-in technology route and reset standard. |
