| Abstract: | Nursing Management is an important composition of hospital management, and indicates the level of hospital management in a certain extent. Along with the social development, the medical pattern changes and the demand of the level of personal health increas, nursing management is facing with a great challenge. Therefore, efforts from administrators on nursing in different levels will be needed to corresponding to the demands of modern hospitals. With the data from our hospital, we will discuss the nursing management of operation room. |
