| 摘 要： | 法律图解是对法律理论与法律规范的含义及逻辑结构的一种直观阐释与研究方法，对法律教学与研究具有重要的方法论意义。自制图表可以形成静态图表，也可以形成动态图表，还能设计成图表式练习题，是一种值得探索的法律教学与演讲技术手段和艺术手段。

| Abstract: | As diagram of law is a audio - visual method to interpret and research into laws and regulations ,it has methodology significances in both law teaching and study. One can design dynamic graphs as well as static ones to illustrate the theory of law ,besides, diagram exercises can also do. Thus, it is a technique and art in law teaching and giving lectures on law which to be worth researching. |
