| Abstract: | This paper states the importance of scientific research as well as its relationship with teachers. The development of scientific research brings opportunities for colleges and universities. It can be concluded that scientific research has become the driving force of the sustaining development of higher learning institutions. Teachers benefit much from participating research and teaching quality has been improved accordingly. |
