| 摘 要： | 从政府决策行为的政治性、经济性和公共性三个方面分析了政府决策行为对社会主义市场经济的作用 ,提出应确立具有中国特色的政府管理决策风格 ,全面提高政府决策者的素质 ,从而改善政府决策行为 ,促进社会主义市场经济的发展等观点。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the role which government policy decision plays in socialist market economy in the aspects of politics, economy and publicity,and puts forward some proposals of establishing govenment policy decision with Chinese characteristics,improving the quality of government policy-makers,ameliorating the action of government policy decision and promoting the development of socialist market economy. |
