价值链、集群网络结构与粮食主产区农民增收

从价值链的视角来看,粮食主产区农民收入低下是因为价值创造少,创造的价值难以完全实现和价值分配主体多。粮食产业集群能够增加价值创造,促进价值实现,转移剩余劳动力,从而促进农民增收。在具备粮食产业集群形成的基本条件情况下,主产区却未出现粮食产业集群,原因在于没有形成集群的网络结构。因此,主产区需要培育集群网络,进而形成粮食产业集群,增加农民收入。

Value Chain, Network Structure of Industrial Cluster and Increasing the Farmers' Income in Main Areas of Producing Grain

From the view of value chain,the reasons for lower incomes of farms in main-producing areas of grain are as follows: value created is little;value created is difficult to fully realize;people participating value distribution are too much.As industrial cluster of grain can increase value created,advance value realization,transfer surplus labors,it can increase the farmers' income.Although main areas of producing grain have the basic conditions to form industrial cluster,no one really forms,because network of industrial cluster has not come into being.So,the main areas of producing grain need to develop the network of industrial cluster and further originate industrial cluster of grain,and lastly increase farmers' income.
