| 摘 要： | 根据绩效考核系统理论。针对集团公司现有绩效评价体系存在的缺陷．借鉴国外先进的绩效评价方法，将财务类指标和非财务类指标结合起来，通过设置相应的评价指标以及权重，旨在建立适合集团公司长期发展的绩效评价体系模型。

| Abstract: | According to the performance appraisal system theory and the shortcomings of existing group performance evaluation system,this paper manages to establish a performance evaluation system suitable for group long-term development by learning from the advanced performance evaluation method,combining the financial indicators and non-financial indicators and setting the corresponding performance indicators and weights. |
