| 摘 要： | 图书馆要走资源节约型发展道路,必须充分利用文献信息资源。我国现阶段图书馆的文献信息资源利用低效,与文献信息资源采买、管理、使用和服务中的伦理缺陷不无关系。要实现文献信息资源的充分利用,必须强化资源伦理责任,转变资源利用观念,完善人本伦理制度,提高资源利用效率,激励读者伦理偏好,避免资源利用失范,提升馆员伦理素质,优化资源利用服务。
