| 摘 要： | 城乡融合发展的最终目标是为了实现人的全面发展,于乡村而言就是农民的发展,这就从根本上为加快新型职业农民培育工作的确定性奠定了坚实基础。文章基于城乡融合背景探讨了新型职业农民所面临的体制机制与政策体系困境,并提出相应对策,以期为新型职业农民的培育工作提供相关的参考与建议。

| Abstract: | The ultimate goal of uban-rural integation development is to achieve the all.round development of human beings.In the rural areas,it is to achieve the development of farmers,which fundamentally lays a solid foundation for accelerating the cultivation of new-type professional farmers.Based 0n the backgound of urban-xural integration,this paper discusses the institutional mechanism and policy system difficulties faced by the new-type professional farmers and puts forward corresponding countermeasures,in order to provide relevant references a.nd suggestions for the cultivation of new-type professional farmers. |
