摘    要:人的全面发展是社会可持续发展的终极目标与内在动力,也是众多草根式学习组织蓬勃兴起的时代诉求。瑞典“学习圈”与我国社区学习共同体均是学习型社会建设的重要载体,虽然产生的时代背景不同,但是在非正规成人教育领域与和谐社会建设进程中发挥着不可替代的载体作用。通过两者共通性、差异性分析,深入剖析它们的普遍联系与独特差异,有助于进一步厘清社区学习共同体的本质特征,提升对社区学习共同体重要性的认识,增强培育社区学习共同体的信心,并在完善政策建构等方面为政府提供相应的决策参考。

Abstract:The all-round development of human beings is the ultimate goal and intrinsic motive force of social sustainable devel-opment,and also the requirement of the era when many gasoots leaming organizations flourish.Swedish study circle and Chinese community learning in communities are both important cariers in building a learning society.Although the backgound of the times is.different,they play an ireplaceable role in the field of informal adult education and in the process of building a harmonious society.Through the analysis of their similarities and differences,we can further clarify the essential characteristics of community learning in communities,enhance the understanding of its importance,promote the confidence of its cultivation,and provide the carresponding de-cision-making references for the government in improving and perfecting the policy construction.
