“广百模式”：我国高职教育校企合作的可行性路径探索

＂广百模式＂是指校（广东农工商职业技术学院）企（广州百货集团）合作共建广百商学院,并以此为平台开展员工培训、学生实习的校企合作方式。＂广百模式＂构建的终极目标是提升企业员工与学院学生的职业技能水平。在对＂广百模式＂构建方式、运行成效、运作中存在问题的分析基础上,就该模式的机制创新提出了相关的建议。
