普通高校游泳教学模式的改革与实践

从游泳运动的实用价值和终身受益的观点出发 ,确立我校大学生必须学会游泳的教学目标。针对教学的各个环节 ,从课堂教学、课外辅导、教学比赛及游泳达标等方面进行教学改革 ,形成课内外一体化的教学模式 ,取得了可喜的教改成果。

Reform & Practice of Swimming Teaching Pattern in Colleges and Universities

From the viewpoints of practical values and whole life benefits of swimming a teaching aim, that the students of Xi'an University of Electron Science and Technology should have a good command of swimming, was established. Teaching reforms were carried out in every teaching link, from the aspects of classroom teaching, tutorship after school, teaching competition and how to reach the standard of swimming. Teaching in classroom and teaching after school have merged into an organic whole. Thus, a new sort of teaching pattern has been formed and delightful results of the teaching reform have been achieved.
