| 摘 要： | 文章在回顾西藏职业教育发展历程的基础上，从职业教育外部和内部两个方面分析了西藏职业教育发展不良的原因，并从树立正确的职业教育观、多途径解决办学资金问题、搞好师资队伍建设、优化教育资源配置、建立合理的职业教育体系、加强教材建设等方面提出了对策建议。
