农民市民化教育:问题形态与策略重构

摘    要:有序推进农业转移人口市民化,需要对农民市民化本质重新认识、教育功能目标重新定位、既往教育作用缺失重新辨识和未来发展策略重新构建。只有充分认识到农民市民化不仅是指农民社会身份、职业和居住空间的转变,而是裹挟在“市民”这一总体概念之中的一系列思想观念、价值意识、职业行为、生活方式及权利义务关系的重塑,才能针对农民市民化教育发展的现状,提出“政府作推手、社区为操手、企业伸援手、高校当帮手”的“四手联弹”教育策略。

Abstract:Farmers gradual urban integration and urbanization requires a fresh view of the process, a reset of educational objective and function, an role adjustment of education and its development. This study attempts to reveal the essence of the transformation that emphasizes not only the shift of social status, occupation and residence, but significantly the revolution of concepts, view of value, occupational behavior, lifestyle, and rights and responsibilities relations that are implied in the conception of“citizenship”. It consequently puts forward the educational strategies involving governments as bulldozers, communities as operators, enterprises as aides and universities as assistants to advance the current status of farmers’ urbanization education.
