摘    要:在高师院校体育教育专业健美操教学中进行"同助教学"教学方法的实验,结果表明:实验组的成绩优于对照组,且具有显著性的差异.实施"同助教学"优于常规教学,更有助于发挥学生在教学中的主动参与意识,使教学中的双边活动更为积极、主动,对提高健美操技术动作水平和形成新的教学观念起到了积极的推动作用.

Abstract:The experiment of carrying out "mutual help teaching " in the aerobic class at normal colleges proves the performance of the experimental group is better than that of the contrast group with a drastic difference. Mutual help teaching is better than conventional teaching in that it can help students give full play to their sense of participation, making the interaction in class more lively and active and promoting the improved skills of aerobics and the formation of new teaching concept.
