摘    要:当前学校管理本身的道德性受到质疑,学校管理必须具有道德内涵。改善和提高学校管理道德性应从学校管理理念、师德素养、管理制度和学校整体管理行为的道德性入手,着力创建民主开放、活泼和谐的道德校园。

Abstract:Currently people have questions about the ethics of school management, and the school management should have its moral meaning. To improve and raise the morality of school management, we can adopt such strategies as the notions of school management, teacher's morality quality, management system and the school management conduct, so that a democratic, open, active, harmonious and moral school will appear.
