扶持弱势群体的理性思考

弱势群体是在社会地位、权益维护、发展机遇、竞争能力、生活质量等方面处于不利和劣势景况的人群,扶持弱势群体是市场经济发展的必然要求,它有利于社会的稳定和安宁,有利于实现竞争机制的良性发展。为了扶持弱势群体,需要我们清除“扶强不扶弱”的思维定势,把扶持弱势群体看做政府和社会应有的职责及每个公民关爱自己的应有之义,加快扶持弱势群体的立法步伐,建立健全社会保障制度和二次分配制度,切实保护弱势群体的合法权益。

Reflections on Supporting the Socially disadvantaged Group

The socially disadvantaged group refers to those who have an inferior position as to social status, right preservation, opportunity, living standard and so on. To give support to SDG is an inevitable requirement of market economy. It contributes to social stability and helps to the realization of smooth development of competition mechanism. In order to support the socially disadvantaged group, we must eliminate the liable thinking of "giving support to the strong rather than the weak", regard it as duty and obligation to do so, speed up the pace of lawmaking about SDG, improve the social security system and ensure that their legal rights have been protected.
