高校校内巡察整改工作质量提升研究

巡察是全面从严治党向基层延伸的重大举措，是党内监督的战略性制度安排。高校校内监察已在部分高校进行探索尝试，但在实际运行中普遍存在重巡察、轻整改的现象，影响巡察问题整改工作质量，应着重从领导、监督、协作、问责等方面入手，建立巡察整改上下联动的工作机制、监督机制、整改协同机制、整改保障机制和问责机制，以高质量的巡察整改工作促进高校各项事业持续健康发展。

Research on improving the quality of campus inspection and rectification work in colleges and universities

Inspection is a major measure to comprehensively and strictly govern the Party and extend to the grass-roots level, and is a strategic institutional arrangement of inner-party supervision. In some colleges and universities, campus supervision has been explored and tried, but in the actual operation, there is a widespread phenomenon of stressing on inspection rather than rectification, which affects the quality of the rectification work of problems. Stress should be laid on leadership, supervision, cooperation and accountability, and then establish a joint working mechanism, supervision mechanism, rectification coordination mechanism, rectification guarantee mechanism and accountability mechanism, so as to promote the sustainable and healthy development of various undertakings in colleges and universities with high-quality inspection and rectification work.
