鸭毛水解生产复合氨基酸的研究

摘    要:研究了酸、碱条件下不同化学药品对鸡毛降解的影响,并在水解温度恒定、水解剂硫酸3mo1/L或氢氧化钠3mo1/L及常压条件下,采用正交试验研究了固液比、助剂用量、水解时间对水解率的影响。在水解温度110℃及常压条件下,水解剂为3mol/L硫酸处理的最佳水解工艺为固液比1∶15,水解时间11h。3mo1/L氢氧化钠作为水解剂时的最佳水解工艺为固液比1∶15,水解时间10h。

Abstract:Researches were carried out to determine the effects of different chemical reagents,like acid or alkali,on the hydrolyzation of duck feather.Orthogonal experiments were taken at normal pressure and 110℃,under 3.0 mol/L sulfuric acid or 3.0 mol/L sodium hydroxide,respectively.Our results show that using sulfuric acid as the hydrolytic reagent,the optimum processing parameters is with the solid/liquid ratio ~1:15 and duration of hydrolysis ~11h;while using sodium hydroxide as the hydrolytic reagent,the optimum processing parameter is with the solid/liquid ratio ~1:15 and duration of hydrolysis ~10h.
