| 摘 要： | 高校学生党建工作在党员发展、教育、队伍管理和党内监督、评价机制等方面都存在一定的问题,党组织的群众渗透性不强。将精细化管理运用到高校学生党建工作中,通过制定党员发展量化标准、党建工作流程、党内绩效考核指标和各种日常管理制度等,可以有效地解决这些问题。

| Abstract: | There’re not only many questions in the development,education and team management of Party member,but also in inner party supervision and evaluation mechanism of colleges students’ Party building.If fine management is used in colleges students’ Party building,we may formulate the quantitative standard of Party member development,work flow of Party building,the performance evaluation index in the party,and sound daily management system,so,the questions above will be solved well. |
