| 摘 要： | 本文分析了高职影视动画专业人才培养中存在的主要问题,根据行业特点分析了问题产生的原因,结合作者的专业调研和工作实践,提出以深化校企合作为中心,教师跟岗培训和强化学生专项能力培养的教学改革方案。
