| 摘 要： | 社会救助体系应该成为农村的基本制度,它的建设和完善具有多方面积极的社会文化意义,应该从实践科学发展观的高度来认识和对待在农村建立和完善社会救助体系,形成具有中国特色的社会救助体系。针对现况,文章提出了加大宣传力度,加强队伍建设和监督机制的建设等建议。

| Abstract: | The rural residents' social rescue system in Fujian province has achieved great success. It should become a basic rule. Since its construction and perfection has varieties of positive senses in social cultures, it should be evaluated from the perspective of scientific development and made to possess Chinese charateristic. The paper suggests furthering propaganda scale and strengthening its construction and supervision mechanism. |
