中药"病毒清"防治禽流感病的临床试验

为找出治疗禽流感的有效方法,将800只患有禽流感的病鸡随机分成A、B、C、D四组,每组200只.A组用中药“病毒清”饮水剂饮水(2m l只/,2次/日);B组用板兰根注射液治疗;C组用“金刚烷胺 安乃近”治疗;D组为空白对照组.试验结果表明:A组治疗率比B、C组分别高出11.5%和21.5%,比空白对照组高出29%.差异极显著(P<0.01).提示中草药“病毒清”防治禽流感效果显著.

Clinical Study on Chinese Herb Antivirus of Preventing and Treating Avian Influenza

For the effective Chinese Herb formula to treat avian influenza,800 cases of avian influenza were at random divided into 4 groups(group A,B,C,and D),200 cases each group.Drinking water including "Chinese Herb Antivirus" was given to Group A(2ml each case,twice a day);Injection of isatis root(Radix Isatidis) was used in Group B;Amantadine and analgin were together applied in Group C;and no any drug was given to Group D as the control.The results show that the curative rate of Group A is respectively 11.5% and 21.5% higher than Group B and C;and 29% higher than Group D with significant difference(P<0.01),and is a hint that "Chinese Herb Antivirus" has the remarkable effect of preventing and treating avian influenza.
