山戎称谓及其文化研究综述

山戎是一支先秦时期活跃于我国北方的重要部族,在历史文献中屡次出现.历史上许多学者都从文献角度对山戎的称谓、地望、族属、分布及源流等进行过深入研究和探讨,其成果异常丰富.20世纪70年代以来,在燕山山麓及河北北部地区发现了众多山戎考古文化,考古工作者以及地方史学者在山戎文化研究方面有了重大的突破,许多山戎文化面貌被揭示出来.文章主要从山戎的称谓,分布的地理环境、山戎的源流和考古学文化三个层面予以综述.

Literature Review of Shanrong and the Culture

Shanrong was a very important tribe in Northeastern China,which has been men- tioned often in historical documents. Many scholars have done fruitful research on its appella- tion,position, ethnicity, distribution and origin. Since 1970s, discoveries of ancient Shanrong culture in Yan mountains and north of Hebei region have contributed a lot to more research breakthrough,where the cultural landscape is revealed gradually. This paper aims to make a comprehensive review upon the studies on the appellation, geographical environment, origin and its archaeological culture.
