On Study on Translations of The Sing-Song Girls of Shanghai into Modern Chinese and English

The theory of modern translation and translation is an important area in the study of transla-tion theories.And the study of modern translation and translation of The Biography of Flowers on the Sea well concerns about the morphologic issue of ancient classics of dialect.From the perspective of practice, the study enriches the practice of dialect translation and modern translation of ancient classics.Meanwhile, it also promotes the development of related theories.From the academic perspective,the study has given a new explanation for two different translation morphologies and provided a new framework for cognitive translation studies.Generally,based on the modern translation of ancient Chinese and the translation from Chinese to English of the Qing dynasty novel---The Biography of Flowers on the Sea ,the book relates to the problems from the aspects of linguistics,culture,cognitive science and morphological comparison.
