西北革命根据地经济工作的历史继承与时代特色

西北苏区经济工作继承了中央苏区合作社经济的积极成果，有效维护了财政体系的完整和良性运作。随着长征后党的抗日民族统一战线政策的制定，西北苏区的经济工作较中央苏区有一定程度的调整。但是富农政策的调整并不意味着阶级路线的放弃。正是由于对阶级路线的坚决贯彻，党领导苏区军民积极开展春耕、夏耕生产斗争，集中解决粮食问题，克服陕甘宁地区恶劣经济条件带来的困难，并采取灵活手段促进商业和对外贸易的繁荣，为迎接全民族抗战打下坚实的经济基础。

The Historical Inheritance and Era Characteristic of the Economic Work in the Northwestern Revolutionary Base Area

The economic work of Northwestern Soviet area inherited the positive achievement of central Soviet area and effec -tively maintained the integrity and good operation of financial system .However , Northwestern Soviet area adjusted its policy after Communist Party proposed the anti-Japanese national united front policy .But the adaption of Funong policy does not mean to give up class routine .Because of implementing class routine , CPC （ Communist Party of China ） leads the people in Soviet area to do spring and summer sowing to solve the shortage of grains and takes some measures to promote the economic development and gets ready for the anti-Japan war .
