清乾隆年间绥远城房屋变价探析

清朝乾隆年间，绥远城内出现两次较大规模的兵房衙署变价活动，这两次活动发生均因为官兵军事变动。具体变价活动由山西巡抚带领各县县令评估，售卖完成，是清政府的官方行为，这两次房地变价影响了清政府驻防满城房地政策、体现了绥远城及其驻防满城的军政和财政分离的特点，确定了绥远城房地产交易的模式。开启了绥远城房地私有化进程。
