| 摘 要： | 内蒙古牧区是中国牧区的重要组成部分，是新世纪全面建设小康社会，实现工业化、城镇化、信息化和农业现代化同步发展不可忽视的地区。本文通过分析评价牧区“四化”发展历史与现状，提出了加快牧区“四化”同步发展的对策建议。

| Abstract: | The patural area in Inner Mongolia is important part of the patural areas in China. In the construction of well-off society, in synchronous development of Sihua （industrialization, urbanization, informatization and agricultural modernization）, we should not neglect the patural area in Inner Mongolia. By analyzing and assessing the history and the status quo of the development of Sihua in pasturing Areas, this article gives some suggestions on increasing the synchronous development of Sihua in patural areas. |
