| 摘 要： | 高校职能的演变经历了从培养人才、科学研究到服务社会三个阶段的转变。高等教育自身的优势,决定了高校在建设创新型国家中负有不可推卸的重要职责,承担着培养创新型人才、致力于科技创新并推进科技成果产业化、服务地方经济与社会建设的重任。
