| 摘 要： | 运用创新型企业管理机制的相关理论，在阐述国外创新型企业发展现状的基础上，采用实证分析方法，分析了南通市技术创新管理的现状，研究了南通市企业创新管理机制中存在的问题。同时，针对南通市创新体系的特殊经济与技术环境，，借鉴国外创新型企业成功的管理经验，提出了构建适合南通市创新型企业管理机制的对策。

| Abstract: | Based on the developing status of overseas innovative enterprises, applying the theory of innovation mechanism, the paper analyses the existing situation of technological innovation management in Nantong. To focus on the special economic and technological environment of Regional Innovation System of Nantong, we use successful overseas cases for reference, and eventually propose the solution to building the management mechanism of Nantong innovative enterprises at the level of enterprises structure. |
