| 摘 要： | 梳理了国外文献对新企业死亡率高问题的几种解释分析,比较了种群生态理论、制度理论以及资源依赖理论在新企业死亡率解释上的区别,提出了三种理论围绕合法化成长整合的趋势.最后提出了新企业合法化成长研究的未来方向.

| Abstract: | This paper reviews several "liability" theory on new venture organizational mortality,compare with the difference of explanation on new venture survival among population ecology theory,institution theory and resource-dependent theory.We suggest the three theories are integrating surrounding the legitimacy.Finally,we propose some future research directions on new venture growth based on legitimization. |
